There’s a certain irony to printing a tree on a page, since the page couldn’t exist without the tree. A symbiotic relationship, in which the tree died in order to become a tree (in print). And so, a stop in the journey to becoming compost again and supporting new seeds, the tree is hand tinted with watercolor love, and adorned with gold, just as it should be.
